業務の委託および外国にある第三者への提供Outsourcing and transfers outside Japan

当社は、システムの開発・保守運用など業務の一部を、ベトナム社会主義共和国に所在する当社の開発拠点およびグループ会社（SKG Technology JSC、SPLUS-SOFTWARE JSC 等）に委託する場合があります。この場合、個人情報が同国内で取り扱われることがあります。We may outsource parts of our work — such as system development, maintenance and operations — to our development centre and group companies in the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (including SKG Technology JSC and SPLUS-SOFTWARE JSC). In such cases, personal information may be handled in that country.

委託にあたっては、委託先との間で個人情報の取扱いに関する契約を締結し、安全管理が図られるよう必要かつ適切な監督を行います。ベトナムにおける個人情報の保護に関する制度、および委託先が講じる個人情報保護措置に関する情報は、下記のお問い合わせ窓口にご請求いただければご提供します。Where we do so, we enter into agreements on the handling of personal information with those parties and exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision over them. 当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止のため、組織的・人的・物理的・技術的な安全管理措置を講じています。グループ会社の SPLUS Software は、情報セキュリティマネジメントの国際規格 ISO/IEC 27001:2022 の認証を取得しています。We take organisational, personnel, physical and technical measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information. Our group company SPLUS Software is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management.

• プロジェクト単位でのアクセス権限の分離、VPN・閉域網による接続管理Access rights separated by project, and connection control via VPN and closed networks
